Kerle tabbed to lead Golden Eagles women's golf team

CLARION — — Former Clarion Area High School golf coach Jay Kerle was announced as the next head coach of the Golden Eagle women’s golf team on Thursday, becoming the fourth head coach in program history starting in 2024.
A long-time high school golf coach in the area and a Clarion native, Kerle steps into the position previously held by Gregg Fritz, who retired earlier this year.
