A wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 11:36 a.m. in effect until 9 p.m. for North Central Oregon. The weather service describes, "West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph." "Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result," comments the weather service. "Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
