A wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 11:36 a.m. in effect until 9 p.m. for North Central Oregon. The weather service describes, "West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph." "Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
